David Teniers the Younger was a Flemish Baroque painter, printmaker, draughtsman, miniaturist painter, staffage painter, copyist and picture dealer. He is known for his genre paintings of peasant scenes, also called 'low-life' scenes, landscapes, portraits and history paintings.
