Apprentice is an AI-guided art study tool that operates as a ChatGPT app. It provides access to a curated catalog of artworks, study guides, learning lists, and structured courses to help users develop drawing and painting skills. The Service is operated by Reducibl ("we", "us", "our").

2. User-Generated Content

You retain all rights to artwork and images you submit through the Service. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store and serve the content for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

If you opt to share a submission publicly, you additionally grant us a license to display that content in the public gallery on this website. You may revoke public sharing at any time by contacting us, after which the content will be removed from the public gallery.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload content that is illegal, harmful, or violates the rights of others.
• Attempt to access other users' data or bypass authentication.
• Use the Service to generate or distribute spam or malware.
• Reverse-engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the Service.

4. Artwork Catalog

The artwork catalog includes images sourced from WikiArt and other public-domain or educational-use sources. These images are provided for educational purposes as part of guided art study. We do not claim ownership of the original artworks.

5. No Guarantees

The Service provides AI-generated study guidance, including step-by-step instructions, materials recommendations, and technique suggestions. This guidance is for educational purposes and is provided "as is." We make no guarantees about the quality, accuracy, or suitability of the instruction for any particular purpose. Results depend on individual practice and effort.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reducibl shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.
