Lightly sketch the basic shapes of the building and surrounding landscape using a pencil.
Apply a light wash of diluted grey or blue to the sky area.

Add darker washes of green and brown to the trees, varying the intensity to create depth.
Use a fine-tipped brush or pen to add details such as window frames, roof tiles, and stone outlines.
Strengthen the shadows with darker washes of grey and brown, paying attention to the light source.
Add final details and highlights to the building and landscape.
Let dry completely.
